Instead of paying for traditional dental insurance with premiums, deductibles, and complex coverage rules, a dental membership allows you to pay a flat fee that grants you access to a range of dental services, including routine check-ups, cleanings, and discounts on other treatments.

Terms And Conditions
- The Fixed Teeth Care Plan is NOT A DENTAL INSURANCE PLAN and not intended to be a substitute for a dental insurance plan.
- Membership requires a commitment period, during which cancellation will result in the participant being responsible for the remaining balance of the commitment. After the commitment period, the Membership can be cancelled at any time.
- The credit card/bank account on file will be automatically charged until cancelled.
- The Membership is non-transferable and no refunds will be issued if the participant decides not to or is unable to, utilise the Membership, or for any reason.
- Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts.
- Included services must be completed before the plan’s expiration. It is the member’s responsibility to schedule and keep all appointments offered as part of the Membership Program.
- All services and products included in your membership plan must be completed or collected before the plan’s expiration.
- Membership cannot be backdated to include previous treatments.
- Fees for dental services may change at any time.
- Please notify our office at least 48 hours in advance if you must change a scheduled appointment. Failure to keep a scheduled appointment will result in cancellation fees as well.
- Additional dental treatments prices will be based upon the fee at the date of service.
- Payment is due on the date of service to qualify for the exclusive discounts.
- Membership must be current to receive the discount in additional treatments.
- We reserve the right to terminate the membership in the event of non-compliance with oral health recommendations or failure to maintain regular visits.

I am an existing patient. Can I join?
Absolutely! As an existing patient, you are welcome to join SmilePass. Signing up for a membership will allow you to enjoy the benefits and savings offered through Fixed Teeth Australia while continuing your care with the dental team you trust.
How do I cancel my Dental Membership?
To cancel your Membership, you can (1) call us or come into our office and talk to a member of the reception or (2) e-mail us requesting your cancellation.
If your Membership has a cooling-off period, the participant is responsible for the remaining balance. After that, the Membership can be cancelled at any time.
If I don't use my Dental Membership, can I get a refund?
The Fixed Teeth Care Plan is non-transferrable and no refunds will be issued if the participant decides not to, or is unable to, utilise the Membership, or for any reason. After the cooling-off period, the Membership can be cancelled at any time.
